Ingredients
- 450 grams ground pork
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp sage
- pinch of ground cloves
- 1/2 cup shredded apple
- 1/4 salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- in a very bowl mix all of the ingredients and work together with your hands to essentially combine everything along.
- kind the mixture into eight to ten patties
- Cook the patties for roughly five to six minutes per facet till golden brown on the skin and saute through within the center.
