Oven Baked Beef Tacos

• 1/2 cup diced onion
• 1 lb ground beef I use 90-93% lean
• 1/2 cup tomato sauce

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 1/2 cups shredded romaine lettuce

Instructions
