Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil2 large cloves garlic minced
1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained I prefer tuna packed in oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
4 ounces uncooked pasta (I used spaghetti)
Instructions
Boil a preserved pot of water for your food and cook it hard in step with package directions. preparation your alternative ingredients whereas it cooks.once the food is getting {ready to|on the point of} being ready, add the oil to alittle pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and cook it for thirty seconds.
Stir within the tuna, juice, and parsley. Let it heat through.
Once the food is finished, add a number of the food water (a couple tablespoons) to the sauce then drain the food and toss with the sauce. Season with salt & pepper as required. Optional: serve food with freshly grated cheese cheese and lemon rind.
