Ingredients
For the chicken
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon cumin

2 tablespoons olive oil2 cups long-grain white rice, rinsed and drained

Instructions
