Cranberry and Pistachio Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup macadamias
  • 2 tablespoons honey*
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon concentrated natural vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup natural pistachios
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • extra desiccated coconut to roll in (optional)

Directions

  • Place the coconut, macadamias, honey, cashew butter and vanilla into your kitchen appliance and pulse till the mixture is sleek, counteracted and projected along.
