Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh cod fish fillets
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano or 1⁄2 teaspoon dried parsley or 1⁄2 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 lime, juice of
Directions
- Heat kitchen appliance to 450°F.
- Coat kitchen appliance safe pan with oil or preparation spray.
- Place cod in pan.
- Sprinkle flavourer, herb and salt.
- Roast 5-7 minutes till opaque.
- soften butter in tiny pan.
- Add cumin and juice and cook for one a lot of minute.
- Before serving drizzle butter mixture over cod.
