Bahan

60 g kembang kol, potong-potong
1 sdm saus tiram
60g kapri, biarkan utuh
60g wortel
3 sdm minyak goreng
3 butir bawang merah, iris halus
4 siung bawang putih, cincang
1/2 sdt merica halus
1 sdm kecap asin
1/2 sdt gula pasir
1 sdt minyak wijen
1 sdt garam halus
1 batang daun bawang. potong serong
1 cm jahe, memarkan
5 buah bak5O sapi, potong membulat
100 g udang kecil, bersihkan
1 sdt tepung kanji, larutkan derngan sedikit air

Cara Membuat

Rendam kembang kol dengan air garam, sisihkan. Siangi kapri dan wortel, sisihkan.

Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, dan jahe sampaiharum dan matang. Masukkan bakso dan udang, aduk sampai berubah warna. Beri air, saus tiram, merica, kecap asin, gula pasir, minyak wijen, dan garam halus, biarkan mendidih.

Masukkan sayuran, aduk rata. Tuang larutan tepung kanji, masak sampai
kuah agak kental dan semua bahan matang
