Bistik Lidah

Bahan:
250 gr lidah sapi
2 siung bawang putih
4 siung bawang merah
2 sdm saus tomat
1 sdm kecap inggris
1 sdt garam
1 sdt gula
½ sdt lada
½ sdt pala bubuk
2 sdm kecap manis

Cara pembuatan:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum dan layu.
2. Masukkan kentang, saus tiram, kecap inggris, saus tomat, garam, dan gula.
3. Beri air. Masak hingga kentang sedikit empuk.
4. Masukkan lidah sapi, kecap dan lada. Masak hingga kuah mengental.
5. Sajikan dengan sayuran rebus dan pelengkap lainnya.
6. Silahkan Menikmati
