Ingredients
1/4 box angel hair pasta1: 5 ounce can tuna packed in olive oil, (do not drain)
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1-2 lemons (your preference)
1 1/2 tablespoons capers
1 1/2 cups baby spinach, roughly chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Handful chopped fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and follow the directions on the food box and cook the food till hard.
- In the meanwhile, in a very giant bowl, add the tuna with vegetable oil (see notes below), juice, lemon zest, capers, and baby spinach.
- Once the food is finished preparation, drain and forthwith augment the contents of the massive bowl.
- Toss the food and therefore the ingredients together; the {warmth} from the food can wilt the spinach and warm up the opposite ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Divide equally onto plates and serve. Garnish with basil leaves on prime, if desired.
