Ingredients
baby lamb meat mince 350 gm with fatonion 1-1/2 medium
green chili 1
parsley 1/2 cup

ginger chopped 1 tbsp
garlic chopped 1/2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
paprika powder 1 tsp
roasted cumin powder 1-1/2 tsp
cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
nutmeg powder 1/8 tsp
cornmeal fine 5 tbsp (you can add 3 tbsp bread crumbs if you don’t have cornmeal)
2. Chop meat mince in chopper for two minutes ,because of this your kababs won't break in cookery.
3.very finely chop parsley,garlic, ginger and inexperienced chili with knife on board, this can offer terribly nice flavors to your kababs.
4. currently add all on top of ingredients in it. mix well.
