Oreo Chocolate Cheesecake Parfaits

Ingredients

CHOCOLATE LAYER

    1 box of instant chocolate pudding & milk

OR

    2/3 cup sugar
    1/3 cup cocoa
    3 tablespoons cornstarch
    pinch of salt
    2 1/4 cups milk
    1 tablespoon butter

CHEESECAKE LAYER

    1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream whipping cream
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    8 oz cream cheese softene

OTHER

    1 package Oreo Cookies
    Whipped cream or whipped topping
    Cherries

Instructions

Place cookies into a ziploc bag and slightly crush employing a kitchen utensil. you wish them jerky however not fully into crushed.
take away two tablespoons of crumbs and put aside for garnish.

CHOCOLATE LAYER

Box of pudding ready in line with directions

OR

during a pan, mix sugar, chocolate, starch and salt, mix well. Add in cold milk, stir till combined.
flip heat onto medium high stirring perpetually till mixture involves a boil.
enable to boil for one minute whereas stirring, take away from heat and stir in butter. Cool fully stirring often to avoid a skin forming.

CHEESECAKE LAYER

With an electrical mixer, combine cream and granulated sugar till stiff peaks kind.
Gently fold in softened cheese till mixed.
