Ingredients
3 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes cubed evenly into 1-2 inch pieces3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
4 garlic cloves minced
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
5 ounces finely grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- heat kitchen appliance to 425 degrees F.
- during a giant bowl, whisk along oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss the potatoes within the oil mixture till they're well coated. prepare on a baking pan during a single layer.
- Roast potatoes within the preheated kitchen appliance for 35-40 minutes, turning once.
- take away potatoes from the kitchen appliance and place back to the massive bowl. Sprinkle cheese cheese over potatoes and stir to coat. prepare back on the baking pan and place back to the kitchen appliance for regarding 10-15 minutes, or till cheese begins to brown and crisp.
